The package includes:

• Stay of 1 night in a double room/double room for single use;

• free entrance to the Venus wellness area (with fitness center, indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, hammam, sauna and solarium);

• Transfer on arrival and departure by shuttle (from Lugano train station or Agno airport);
• daily scheduled transfer to Lugano city center and back;

Confirmation and modality of payment:

The package and services included have to be booked and confirmed at least 2 days prior to the arrival date. Credit card details needed to guarantee booking.

Cancellation policy:

We kindly inform you that our cancellation policy is 48 hours before the arrival date. After this deadline the total amount of the package will be charged. For no-shows and early departures, we will charge 100% of the cancelled nights.

RATES per double room, per package:

Low Season: From 1st January to 31st March2020; From 11th October to 30th December 2020
Mid Season: From 1st April to 18th June 2020; From 13th September to 10th October 2020
High Season: From 19th June 2019 to 12th September 2019

Supplement for a third person in Deluxe room with lake view, on B&B Basis:

• For children from 7 to 12 years old: CHF 80.00 per night
• For teenager/adults over 12 years old: CHF 95.00 per night

Rates are subject to a city tax of CHF 6.10 per person, per day

Any unused service included in the package is not subject to any price reduction.
